Cancellation policies
Dimanches Festifs. 14 days prior: full refund. 10 days prior: 50% refund or option to transfer to another date. Within 7 days or no-show: no refund. Full refund if event is cancelled.
Mintaro Weekends. $200 deposit non refundable, except if w.e. is cancelled due to insufficient numbers. Once weekend is confirmed and final payment is made, no refund unless force majeure. In this case, please talk to us about transferring the booking to another date. We’ll always do our best! 😊
